How we work

From a demo to a pilot to your own environment

EnaResearch is set up as a separate environment for each organization. Because the scope of a deployment differs by organization, we do not publish a price list; we agree the scope and our quote with you after listening to your research program. This page explains what is included and how a project starts.

What is included

The same foundation for every organization

Four things that are part of how we work, whatever the scope.

Getting started

How does a project start?

Three steps; after each one we decide together whether to continue.

  1. 1

    Demo

Send the demo form. We get back to you on weekdays during business hours and go through the product live with your research team: study approval, participant activation, data quality, clinical records and dataset export. We share the status of the parts in development openly.

  2. 2

    Pilot

We plan a pilot study at your organization: the study design, the approximate number of participants and the data sources to use. Ethics approval, participant information and the legal basis remain your organization’s responsibility.

  3. 3

    Organization setup

We agree on the scope, hosting region and timeline and send our quote. Then we set up your environment and invite the organization owner; your team can create its first study and submit it for approval.

What shapes the scope?

The topics behind the quote; we go through all of them together in the demo and pilot conversations.

Deployment and hosting

The country or region where the environment is hosted and your organization’s infrastructure requirements.

Studies and participants

The studies in your research program, the number of participants and the size of the teams.

Data sources

Sources such as health data from phones, clinical record imports and device integrations in development.

Onboarding support

How much introduction and training your teams need, and the help you want with setting up studies.

Frequently asked questions

Why don’t you publish a price list?
Each organization runs in its own environment and the scope of a deployment differs by organization. That is why we share pricing after talking about your research program. Reach us through the contact or demo form.
Can a single researcher or a small team use it?
Yes. EnaResearch is designed for hospitals, universities, research centers, labs, research groups, departments, clinics and independent researchers; an organization can also be a single researcher.
In which country is our data hosted?
The hosting region or country is agreed with the organization at setup and written into the contract.
Who is responsible for ethics approval and participant consent?
The legal basis, consent, ethics approval and the controller and processor roles are your organization’s responsibility. EnaResearch is designed to support these obligations; the product makes no compliance claim.
Do we have to use the AI assistant?
No. The assistant is off by default; the organization can turn it on in system management. Before using it with real patient data, the organization needs its own legal review.
Can the mobile apps be used now?
The iOS and Android apps are built; store release and real-device acceptance testing are in progress. They will be announced on this site once published. We take this into account together when planning a pilot.
