System management
EnaResearch System management - organization identity and logos, language, time zone and country, the notification gateway, license and software support.
- Admin panel
System management holds the organization-wide settings of EnaResearch. The sections are on the left; each opens its own panel, some with tabs. Changes apply to the whole organization, so most of them ask you to confirm first.
Required role
- Owner. Each section needs its own owner permission; researchers do not see System management.

Organization identity
- Identity: the Organization name (legal or official name, used in emails and important confirmations) and the Short name (for the header and menus). Rows for the default language are required; if the other language is left blank, the default-language name is shown there too.
- Logos: the Organization logo is shown as a circular avatar on the sign-in page and in the admin panel. The QR logo is printed at the center of the QR code on participant activation cards; a 1:1 square works best. PNG, JPEG and WebP are supported; a transparent PNG of at least 256×256 px is recommended. After choosing a file, position it in the editor; it is saved after you confirm.
Regional settings
- Language: the organization's Default language (Turkish or English) for the admin panel. It is locked when setup is completed.
- Time and country: the Organization time zone sets day boundaries for study dates, reports, the dashboard and exports; times in the admin panel are shown in this zone. The Default country sets the country code for phone numbers.
Integrations: notification gateway
EnaResearch emails (user invitations, study lifecycle notifications, retention reminders) are sent only through ENA Notify. There is no email provider to configure in the organization. The panel shows the Status (Configured or Not configured). Enter an address under Test email and click Send test to check delivery.
License and software support
License shows the app version and license details. Software support lists ENA Innovation's contact channels and company information, and Send error report sends a technical issue with a screenshot directly to the development team.

The optional EnaResearch AI assistant suggests analyses, interprets approved results and drafts report text. It is off by default and receives only aggregates.
