Study dashboard and history
The EnaResearch study dashboard with data received, alerts and the course of a measurement around a clinical event, and the study history timeline.
- Admin panel
Once a study is approved, its Dashboard shows how data collection is going: records received, participants who stopped sending data and, when the study records clinical events, the group's course around an event. The History page lists every lifecycle event of the study.
Required role
- Dashboard: the study team, after the study is approved.
- History: the study team and owners.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the study's own address (/admin/studies/{code}). It shows the same cards as Overview, limited to this study: active participants, records received, participants not sending data for 48 hours, daily records over the last 30 days, the source mix, alerts and activity. Participants appear only under their pseudonym (for example P001).
Course around an event
If the study has a clinical record scope, the dashboard also shows Course around an event: the group's daily median and interquartile range of a measurement type around an anchor event.
- Choose the Measurement type.
- Choose the Anchor event: a clinical event type or Hospital stay (admission).
- Choose the Period: 7 days before to 30 days after, 14 to 90, or 30 to 180.
A day is shown only when at least 5 participants have data that day; other days are hidden. The line above the chart says how many participants in scope have a record of the anchor type. Use Show as a table for the numbers. This is a group summary for research use, not for clinical decisions.
History
History (title Study history) is the study's timeline: draft created, submitted, withdrawn, changes requested, approved, started, closing period started, closed, ended, recruitment opened or closed, dates changed, change requested, approved, rejected or withdrawn, co-investigators added or removed, and PI transferred. Each entry shows who did it and when, with the note or reason.
