What the 4-character EnaResearch organization code is, where participants enter it in the app, where owners find it and why support asks for it.

Every EnaResearch organization has a 4-character organization code (also called the customer code). The app uses it to find your organization's own EnaResearch address. Support asks for it to identify your installation.
Where participants use it
The QR code on the activation card already contains the organization's address, so scanning needs no code. Only when you choose Enter the code manually in the app do you type the Organisation code together with your participant code and activation key. The organisation code is printed on your activation card.
If the app says "Organisation code not found.", check the code for typing errors.
Where owners find it
- System management → Maintenance → Setup: the Customer code in the setup summary.
Include the code when you write to support.
