Participant panel

The EnaResearch participant panel: participation summary, data coverage, quality per metric, eligibility, manual measurements, clinical records, data transfer.

Applies to:
  • Admin panel
Last updated: Verified with EnaResearch 0.15.0

The participant panel is the study team's view of one participation. It opens when you click a participant on the Participants page and collects everything about that participation in one place, without showing individual measurement values.

Required role

  • A member of the study team. Entering clinical records, manual measurements and eligibility needs the participant management permission (owners and researchers have it).

Sections of the panel

Use the arrows at the top to move to the Previous participant or Next participant.

Participation summary

Status, Participation start and Participation end (or Ongoing), the person's sex and age, the Identifier hint (last characters of the person identifier, if used) and the internal note.

Data coverage

Data coverage shows, day by day, on which days data arrived for each of the study's measurement types, over 30 days, 90 days or All. No values are shown. Days follow the organization's time zone. Days before participation (baseline) and hospital stays are marked, and clinical records appear as markers you can click to jump to the timeline. A summary line reads, for example, "Heart rate: data on 27 of 30 days; last data …".

Data quality

Completeness and flagged days per measurement type for this participant. See Data quality.

Eligibility

The study's inclusion and exclusion criteria, to mark as Met or Not met. See Eligibility.

Manually entered measurements

Scale and laboratory values the team enters, if the study allows such measurement types. See Manual measurements.

Clinical records

Hospital stays and clinical events on a timeline, if the study has a clinical record scope. See Clinical records.

Data transfer

The sources the participant has connected (Connected or Disconnected), their Last sync and any Last transfer error, and per measurement type the Last measurement and number of Records. Only the study's permitted measurement types are listed.

If a participation's data was deleted or its deletion was requested, the coverage and quality sections say so and no further entries can be made.
